Your purchase or download of an item from our website is considered written permission as described above.
Finished Products for sale under this policy must either not incorporate Third Party Rights or comply with all applicable Third Party Rights Restrictions if they do.
Mass Production of craft items incorporating Copyright Material or Third Party Rights is strictly prohibited. Mass Production is defined as over 10,000 items within any 12-month calendar period.
Using Copyright Material (such as the BulkVinyl.com logo) or Third Party Rights to create logos, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, labels, tags, or packaging is strictly prohibited.
Copyright Material may not be altered for reselling digital copies, including, but not limited to, copyright notices. Such alterations will be considered copyright infringement. BulkVinyl.com expressly reserves all moral rights in its Copyrighted Material.
Persons offering or selling Finished Products in compliance with this Policy are solely responsible for adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
No Redistribution of Digital Assets
Under no circumstances may a purchaser or subscription member redistribute any digital asset purchased or downloaded from any of our websites to another party. Doing so will result in immediate banning of use of our services with no refunds.
Copyright Disputes
If you believe we have inadvertently published your artwork, please contact us directly using the Contact Us form on our website at BulkVinyl.com.com to resolve the issue. If you think we have unintentionally published artwork belonging to someone you know, have that person contact us directly using the Contact Us form on our website at BulkVinyl.com.com to address the matter.
Free Image Usage for Personal or Commercial Purposes
Images created by us, basic shapes downloaded and traced into SVG files for cutting, or similar content can be used for personal or commercial purposes. However, you may not distribute these files for sale or for free on other websites. Direct others or provide a link to our website to download the files.
Support for Free Images/Downloads
Free files do not include any support, except in cases of specific technical issues, such as importing to Design Space with excessive dimensions.
