Every Cutter and Blade Differs!
Keep in mind that this is a starting point and vinyl, HTV, and other materials are measured in mils (thousandths of an inch) so extremely small variances can have big effects on cuts. You may have to slightly adjust your individual machine to get the best cut from your specific machine and blade.
Do Test Cuts!
NEVER waste materials by cutting designs if you aren’t sure! Always do small test cuts with a basic 1″ circle until you are confident you have the correct settings, especially if you are having issues or have not worked with a material before.
