What’s the Catch?

There is no catch other than your shipping address must be within the United States.  We are sending out FREE samples of ThermoFlex Plus and ThermoFlex Turbo Heat Transfer Vinyl upon request.  In order to receive these free samples, simply purchase this product and check out.  Ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.  They will be sent via First Class USPS Mail so there will be no tracking number unless you place an order for other items on the same order.

ONE SAMPLE PER CUSTOMER – If you order more than one sample, those orders will be canceled.

When will they ship?  If you submit a support ticket asking for tracking information, you will be referred back to this page.  

Shipping Update:

• Orders BEFORE May 17, 2023:
  • If you ordered prior to May 17, 2023 these samples were mailed separately via First Class Mail starting on May 17, 2023.  You can check the date of your order in the My Account section of our website.  A few dozen have been returned by the post office so if you have not received yours, submit a ticket and we will check on it.
• Orders ON OR AFTER May 17, 2023:
  • We ship single free sample requests in batches so if you order the samples alone we will mail them via First Class Mail within 3-4 days of receiving your request, but no more than a week.
  • If you order with other products  we will include them with your order.

Since they are sent First Class Mail it can take several days and in rare cases a few weeks to receive them.  Based on the dates above, if your order shipped and you have not received it, please wait 30 days from the time of shipment before contacting us for another sample.

I put in an order for more than one free sample, why did I only receive one?

The limit is one per customer as stated above in red letters and duplicate orders are canceled.

What Colors and Sizes Will the Samples Be?

The samples will be 3″ x 6″ so they will fit in a #10 envelope.  Theses samples will be a color of our choosing and are large enough for a small project so you can see and feel how soft ThermoFlex really is compared to the competition.  You will receive two sheets of ThermoFlex Plus and ThermoFlex Turbo Heat Transfer Vinyl along with a brochure with the colors and application instructions.
