If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help. Every order is custom picked, packed, and shipped by hand. Because of the nature of our business and the materials we offer, we do not offer refunds once an order is shipped.
Digital/Virtual Products, Subscriptions, and Courses
Purchases of digital and virtual products including e-Learning courses and subscription memberships are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our business we do not issue refunds and there are no exceptions.
In most cases, due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns on orders. In rare cases we may make an exception and depending on the situation, you may be responsible for shipping costs to return items and a $10 plus 10% of the order value (not including shipping) restocking fee with a minimum restocking fee of $15 will apply for refunds that are no fault of our own. Returns for refunds must be new and unopened product. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue a store credit on your account for the amount minus the restocking fee. Please contact us for help before returning any products. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
