We ship your orders for FREE using the same methods as Economy Flat Rate shipping if the order amount exceeds $75. For orders under $75 you have several options for shipping. Below is a breakdown of our shipping methods. Please Note: None of these shipping methods have a guaranteed delivery time window and times listed are average estimates.
None of these shipping methods have a guaranteed delivery time and can only be estimated. The number of days shown is an AVERAGE. Couriers do sometimes misroute packages and can take longer. Choosing Preferred Flat Rate shipping does not guarantee a fast delivery, it only means you are more likely to receive it faster.
- Economy Flat Rate (2-8 Days Average) $7.95 – Shipped by UPS SurePost (see below), USPS Ground Advantage or another method that is the lowest cost shipping available with tracking.
- Preferred Flat Rate (1-5 Days for most areas) $9.95 – Shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, whichever is lower cost in most cases, but we will not ship via one method over the other if there will be a significant delay. For example, in some areas it may be 2-3 days longer for one method over the other and we use our best judgement to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.
- Ground (UPS 2-5 Days Average) and Priority Mail® (USPS 2-5 Days Average) – These are real-time rates provided by the courier services and you can choose one if you highly prefer one method over the other.
UPS SurePost is a partnership between UPS and the United States Postal Service. In many areas UPS delivers the shipment, but in other areas where it makes sense, they hand off the package to the United States Postal Service to perform the local delivery which results in a much lower cost overall.
Hawaii & Alaska Shipping
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is expensive and this is out of our control. Economy Flat Rate is an average of 12-18 days transit time and will incure a $2 surcharge for a cost of $9.95. Preferred Flat Rate is an average of 3-7 days transit time and will also incure a $2 surcharge for a cost of $9.95. For the same reasons, the minimum order for free shipping for Hawaii and Alaska is $125 rather than $75.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship products to the United States. Shipping outside the United States is cost prohibitive in most cases and can be expensive shipping to Canada. While we are in the early stages of our company having launched in March 2023, we will be working to hopefully expand our geographical shipping options.
How fast will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday as a standard. Many times we do ship on weekends and our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt, it’s usually much less. Sometimes various factors beyond our control may prevent that from happening so your patience is appreciated during peak sales times. We do not use deceptive business and shipping practices. Many companies will print a shipping label when they receive your order so you get a fast shipping notification and tracking number, but then may take days or weeks to ship your order. We will never do this. When your order is changed to “Completed” status, your order has been picked, packed, and has the label applied and will go to the courier service in the next scheduled run or pickup.
If you do not receive emails from us, please check your SPAM or Junk Email folders. You may also view your order status by going to your My Account page on our website.
We do not offer any type of Express, or Overnight shipping options because people often use this option thinking they will have their order right away. We custom pack EVERY order and cannot guarantee your order will make it to the courier before the daily cut-off for these types of shipments. Many people also think this causes their order to ship faster but it does not since we process them in the order received. We like happy customers and to avoid making anyone unhappy we feel it is in your best interest not to offer these shipping options. We sincerely hope you understand our policy on these shipping methods.
Can you “rush” my order? I have a deadline.
Orders are processed in the order received and there is currently no option to rush an order. We recommend keeping the items you need on-hand and not to commit to a deadline if you do not have everything you need IN YOUR HANDS. It is simply bad business to commit to deadlines without having needed supplies. We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to improper planning on your part.
Small Order Shipping Costs
In order to ship just a few sheets of vinyl, much of the same expenses are incurred on our end. In other words, it is not much more work for us to pick, pack, and ship an order for 25 sheets of vinyl than it is for three sheets. The associated costs of shipping materials, shipping fees, and the labor to do so so are essentially the same. We recommend planning ahead and take advantage of our no shipping fee offer for orders over $60.
Once your order reaches the courier, they are responsible for getting your order to you and during holiday periods of heavy shipping, couriers often misplace or make mistakes delivering packages that take time to for them to correct. All major courier services track the GPS coordinates of the exact delivery address and can retrieve it if delivered to the wrong address. Your address is automatically transferred to our shipping software so if there is a mistake on your address, that mistake is on you. However, if you realize you made this mistake contact us so we can try to help.
One of us made a mistake on my order
We all make mistakes. Contact us and let us try to help regardless of who made the mistake, but please be understanding and respectful of our policies and to our employees. If you believe there is an error with your order that is on us, contact us asap so we can fix our mistake. Please use our Contact Us form rather than sending an email since email can sometimes be unreliable. We may contact you to ask for pictures of the issue or damaged product, so we ask that you not be offended. We are constantly making efforts to improve our processes and materials. After you receive your order you have three days to notify us of any problems with the order. After three days we consider your order to be correct and complete.
If we are out of stock on an item
If we run out of stock of something you ordered, at our discretion we may order it from another distributor to be shipped directly to you to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible.
Can I ship to someone else like a freight forwarder and have them ship it to my country?
No, we do not ship to freight companies due to risk of fraud.
