This website, BulkVinyl™ (collectively referred to as the “Site” in these Terms of Service is owned and operated by 484 Brands LLC (“we”, “us”, “BulkVinyl”, “TroyTube”, “TroyTube.NET”, “TroyGram”, or “TroyGram.com”). By using and accessing our Site, you (“you”, “user” or, “end user”) agree to these Terms of Service (collectively, the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”).
Special Sales
At our discretion certain policies may be suspended during special sales such as Black Friday. In this case, those terms and conditions which may override parts of our normal policies will be listed on those pages that contain the sale details.
Roll and Sheet Sizes
Measurements provided are approximate sizes. We purchase larger rolls of vinyl from the manufacturers that are not always exact measurements. For example, what we purchase as a 24″ wide roll may be anywhere from about 23.75 to 24.25″ on average so we have to evenly cut the rolls and sheets. Our tolerances are plus or minus one-quarter of an inch (1/4″). This means something we list as 12″ wide may be anywhere from 11.75″ to 12.25″. Our tolerance is usually outside of our real measurements as we make every effort to keep tolerances to one-eighth of an inch (1/8″) or less.
Roll Seams
From time to time it may be necessary to have a seam in a roll as these are common from manufacturers. When this occurs, we will add additional material to the roll of at least one foot (1′) or more and the roll will be notated as having a seam.
Color Accuracy
Every monitor and screen will display colors differently so it is not recommended to use the digital version of a color to try to match a color exactly. We recommend having our swatch rings or color brochure on-hand for a given product
Labeling of Vinyl
When we purchase vinyl it comes in large rolls and we convert and cut it to smaller rolls and sheets to make it more affordable. As the vinyl comes to us it is labeled on the outside of the box, but not on the material itself. In order for us to label every single sheet and roll of vinyl it would add significant labor costs and increase the price of our products. We do label some products such as rolls to the extent it helps us fulfill orders so you may see labels on some products but not others. That we are aware of, there are no vinyl suppliers that label sheets of vinyl with the exception of retail stores that charge five to ten times more for the same product. Additionally, labels on vinyl would need to be removed prior to cutting so the thickness of the label does not interfere with cutting the material. In order to identify colors most people purchase color brochures and swatch rings to have on-hand.

Mistakes can and do happen, whether by BulkVinyl.com or the Customer. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. BulkVinly.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason and refund the price paid to the customer.
Memberships
Discounts and benefits may change over time depending on market conditions, vendor pricing, and other factors beyond our control. Free memberships and the Free Crafter Membership program may be changed or terminated at any time at our discretion.
Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service and/or any use by you of the Site shall be governed by the laws of Lee County, Florida, United States without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions therein.
Termination of Use
We shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend, in its discretion, your access to all or part of the Site with or without notice for any reason.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether BulkVinyl™ signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to know our current Terms & Conditions regardless whether you are notified of changes or not. If you continue to use the Services after we change the Terms, you accept all changes.
Registration and Access Control
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login names and passwords and you accept responsibility for all activities, charges, and damages that occur under your account. If you have reason to believe that someone is using your account without your permission, you should contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to notify us of unauthorized use. If we request registration information from you, you must provide us with accurate and complete information and must update the information when it changes.
Banning/Discontinuance of Access
Though we do not plan to do so without cause, we reserve the right to remove anyone from the site and ban/block them at any time for any reason and no reason will be provided other than a violation of terms of service.
